Reservations in person:
You may register at the Membership and Tours Desk in the main lobby of the Aquarium.
Registration fees do not include Aquarium admission. You must also purchase admission tickets to the Aquarium for all tours that take place inside the Aquarium.
All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
We require at least 72 hours' notice in order to offer a refund. Reservations and cancellations are processed by phone or in person (not by email).
For the health and safety of our sea otters, guests are not permitted behind the scenes of the exhibit and are not allowed to feed or touch the animals. Please also note this tour does not include a viewing of any of the daily Sea Otter Feedings.
